Overthruster) An interactive kinetic sculpture in front of
the Mechanical Engineering Bldg at the University of Illinois Urbana.
A vessel open to recieve knowledge from the universe or a claw grasping at
the sky, these 3
fins open and close as the crank is turned. Fused
glass provided by
Kerstin Hilton, who worked with me to bring just the right edge of
color to the project. Commissioned by The
University of Illinois.
